Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee and is entirely at the attendee’s own cost.

All accommodation arrangements and payments must be made directly by attendees with the hotel.

We have secured exclusive group accommodation rates with the Talbot Hotel for conference attendees.

Guests who wish to stay at the hotel can avail of these special rates by telephoning the hotel directly on

+353 52 618 8700 or e-mailing at reservations@talbothotelclonmel.ie and stating that they are booking as attendees of the Clonmel Baptist Conference.

Please note that online bookings will not avail of the discounted rate. The special rate is only available for bookings made by phone.

 

Once the allocated rooms are booked, standard Talbot Hotel rates will apply.

 

Availability is limited, so early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
